Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Hello! Exodus Streetwear utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means, we do not hold any inventory and we work with production partners to produce our inventory as needed. 

Therefore, as our customers place orders with us, we place orders with our suppliers to produce the items for them. We do this to maintain consistency, keep our costs low, and our quality high!

Processing Times

Each product is made to order to ensure top quality and minimize waste. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing before your items are shipped. This may vary during peak times and holidays.

Shipping Times and Rates

At this time we are only able to accept orders with U.S. shipping addresses. Sometime in the future we will expand to international shipping. In the meantime, please enjoy free express (based on product eligibility) or standard or economy shipping for your orders. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the following estimated delivery times for U.S. addresses:

Express: 1-3 business days after fulfillment 

Standard: 3-4 business days after fulfillment

Economy: 5-8 business days after fulfillment

Shipping times are assessed at checkout and may vary based on the product selected, the destination and selected shipping method. 

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment. 

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at help@exodusstreetwear.store. We will work with you and our shipping partners to locate your order. Exodus Streetwear is not liable for delays due to issues beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

That said, we want to offer a quality guarantee for you. You can expect to receive the item you ordered from us quickly, without any defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we'll offer you a replacement or a refund and let you keep the item! 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at help@exodusstreetwear.store within 14 days of receiving your item and provide a photo of the damage or defect.

Because we produce our items on demand with our production partners, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for other reasons. Thank you for shopping with us, we are here to ensure a smooth experience, so feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns!
